Rights, Responsibilities and Ethics

The individual has a right to be treated in such a manner as to foster a sense of dignity, autonomy, positive self-regard, and to be actively involved in the provision of his or her own care and services.

Assessment
|
|
The consumer has a right to expect that qualified, competent staff will make appropriate treatment decisions based upon continuous clinical data collection and analysis.

Care
|
|
The individual has a right to expect individualized, planned, and appropriate treatment interventions.

Education
|
|
The consumer has the right to expect to receive education designed to promote healthy behavior and to appropriately involve others in his or her care.

|
Continuum
|
|
The individual has a right to expect that his or her treatment needs will be addressed in a continuous and coordinated manner and/or appropriate referrals made to other providers.

Improving Organization Performance
|
|
The individual has a right to expect that the organization’s staff will participate in a process designed to monitor, analyze and improve consumer outcomes as designed by Fayette Companies’ leadership.
