Behavioral Health Advantages provides professional, confidential and responsive counseling services to address a wide variety of human problems that can impact work and personal lives. This is in addition to its other workplace services. Individual and family counseling is provided by our caring and compassionate counselors. With an average of 25 years experience, our staff reflects the diversity and experience that is only found in a highly professional group.
*Services offered through BHA do not receive state funding.

Dorothy holds a bachelor’s degree in education and psychology, and master’s degree in community and agency counseling, both from Bradley University. Her prior work experience includes positions in education and middle school counseling. Dorothy works with individuals in all populations, including marital and family counseling and specializes in the problems of children and adolescents.

Dennis Crowell
MSW. LCSW, CEAP
A graduate of the University of Illinois, Dennis is a licensed clinical social worker and is certified with the Academy of Certified Social Workers. Dennis has 24 years experience in mental health and chemical dependency counseling as well as extensive experience in training and development. In 1996, the National Association of Social Workers in the Peoria District awarded Dennis with the Social Worker of the Year award.

Del Goodale
MS, MA, NCC, LPC
Del holds master’s degrees in both education and counseling from Bradley University. For the past 30 years, he has worked with both adolescents and adults in areas ranging from education and career counseling to human development. His areas of specialization are children, adolescents, couples, and families. He also has taught career development and certification classes for Illinois State University.

Susan Goodale
MA, LCPC, MFT
Susan has more that 30 years experience in education and human behavior. She holds master’s degrees in counseling and education administration from Bradley University. Susan has been a teacher at elementary, high school, community college, and graduate school levels. In addition, she has served as a school administrator, feature writer, trainer, consultant, and mental health counselor. Susan holds certification as a marriage and family therapist, school counselor, teacher, and educational administrator.

Greg Gullett
MS, MSW, LCSW
Greg is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio and the University of Iowa. He is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers. With nearly 30 years of experience in the mental health-counseling field, including 12 years in private practice and 16 additional years of experience in a variety of settings, Greg is a multi-specialist therapist.  He has extensive training in Transactional Analysis and a variety of other treatment methods. In 1995, Greg was chosen as the recipient of the Zona L. Robbins Mental Health Award for Outstanding Service in the Mental Health Field.

Ron Hill
MSW, LCSW
Ron is a graduate of Indiana University School of Social Work and has more than of 25 years of clinical experience. He specializes in family issues, and works with individuals, children, teens, and couples. His career has included child welfare casework and work as an emergency team therapist in Indiana. In addition, he was Coordinator of Child and Adolescent Services at South Central Community Mental Health Center in Bloomington, Indiana. In 1996, he was the recipient of the Jean Tucker Award, presented by the Mental Health Association for outstanding services to children and families throughout Central Illinois. 

Claire Maquet
MS, NCC, LCPC
Claire is a graduate of Illinois State University with a master’s degree in counseling. Claire has over fifteen years experience in mental health counseling with individual, couples, and families. Previously, Claire worked in the education field and she continues to provide consultation and training services to companies through out the state. In addition, Claire is involved in delivering mediation and arbitration services in Central Illinois and serves as a feedback specialist for the Center for Creative Leadership.

Nancy is Vice President, COO of Behavioral Health Advantages, Inc. (BHA), as well as Assistant Administrator for Advantage Behavioral Health (ABH) the EAP provider for OSF Healthcare System. She has been involved with planning, development and implementation of Employee Assistance Programs since 1981. She holds a bachelors’ degree in organizational development from Northeastern Illinois University and is trained as a mediator through the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She serves as Senior Instructor and assists in the design and delivery of customized programs for the Executive Development Center, Adjunct Faculty Member and Feedback specialist for the Center for Creative Leadership, and Adjunct Faculty Member for the Foster College of Business at Bradley University.

Ginny Kich
MA, NCC, CSADC
Ginny serves as the Manager of Behavioral Health. A graduate of Bradley University with a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in education and counseling, Ginny holds certification through the National Board of Certified Counselors and is a Senior Certified Addictions Counselor. In addition Ginny has completed the training to provide Mediation and Arbitration services through the University of Wisconsin. With more than 25 years experience, Ginny has provided mental health and chemical dependency counseling in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has held administrative positions for the past 20 years and provides consultation and training services for corporations through the state, in addition to acting as the Clinical Supervisor for senior level professional staff. Ginny also provides services as a feedback specialist for the Leadership Development Center at Bradley University and for Center for Creative Leadership. Ginny serves on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Professional Certification Association and is the past Chairman of the Drug Free Workplace Committee for the Peoria Chamber of Commerce.

Arun Pinto, M.D.

Arun Pinto, M.D., is chief medical officer and vice president at Fayette Companies. He is a working psychiatrist and supervises staff physicians, as well as provides oversight for contractual physicians who work at company facilities. He also directs the dispensary at the Human Service Center. Dr. Pinto holds an appointment as a professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria, where he teaches third year medical students and family practice residents.

Prior to working at Fayette Companies, Dr. Pinto was the chairman of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at Methodist Medical Center. He was also a part-time medical director for the Department of Psychiatry at Methodist.

Dr. Pinto received his medical degree from Seth G.S. Medical College in Mumbai, India. He completed a residency in adult psychiatry at Tulane University Affiliated Hospitals in 1977 and followed with a fellowship in child psychiatry at the same institution. He is board certified in adult, child, and adolescent psychiatry.
