Adams Street Living Center

Adams Street

Adams Street Living Center provides transitional housing in a supervised environment for people with serious mental illness who are also homeless.  The program houses 14 males and females and assists them in learning skills and obtaining the resources needed to move back into the community.  The average length of stay is 3- 4 months.

The facility provides on-site case management and psycho-educational groups. Group topics include managing anxiety, communication skills, and Illness Management and Recovery. Residents also have access to other agency services such as Supported Employment to help them gain the resources needed for community living.

Frontiers West Apartments

This HUD subsidized complex includes 11 self-contained apartments with a common hallway and entranceway that attaches to the units. Residents receive periodic contact by outpatient case managers who monitor the individual’s ability to live independently.
